Clemm is back at the Simmons Firm after taking a much needed break to finish law school, get married and take the California bar exam. Welcome back, Christina! 09.01.08: The San Diego Lawyer published an article by Ross regarding the duty of confidentiality owed to non-clients, which is one of the topics under review by the State Bar of California's Special Commission for the Revision of the Rules of Professional Conduct. 07.30.08: Here you will find another article written by Ross. Originally called, "THE NINNY AND THE PROFESSOR: CLIENT "SCRIPTING,"" the title of the piece was later changed to "A Word On Client Scripting" then published in the SDCBA's July edition of the Bar Report Ethics in Brief column. 07.12.08: In honor of Diana’s birthday, another Starbucks mug is added to her collection! Best Wishes, Diana! May you have many more mugs to come. 06.12.08: Heartfelt accolades to Huntington Simmons who graduates from RBHS today. After he enjoys some summertime fun, Hunter will be heading to UCSB to pursue his college education.
